In some US states Democrat voter registration has risen 250% compared to the same time in the 2000 election. So what does the Republican senator of Ohio do? Gets scared and suppresses thousands of new voter registrations because they are printed in the wrong card stock! Daily Kos also shows the relevant section of the 1971 Federal Voting Rights Act.
